• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been professionally inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from use or storage. The item has been described for the sale listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a professional, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the premises and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you have won multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor is VAT added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters that may affect your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collections take place on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of EUR 40 + VAT (EUR 50.20) per started day will be charged for each day beyond the collection time.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the end of the auction, the buyer is considered to have abandoned the purchase with no right to compensation or refund. The item will revert to the seller's control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales terms that apply to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the end of the auction, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
