The property is seized and will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least 20% of the purchase price as a deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when an offer is accepted.

The property is attached and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the Enforcement Code's general auction terms.
