The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 26 November–17 December 2025. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 17 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 16 December 2025 at 14:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the end of the auction the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and give detailed instructions on how to pay the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
