The lot is sold by competitive bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website in an online auction held between 26 November and 17 December 2025. The bidding closing time is 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction.

Written offers must be received no later than 15 December 2025 at 12:00 at the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for paying the purchase price.

The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by the bailiff in a free sale under section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
