The property will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 27 November and 29 December 2025. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to purchaser liability under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 18 December 2025 at 12:00 to:

The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system records as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
