The deadline for submitting bids ends on 11 January 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system records as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum offer in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as offers in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum offer amount and the huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates. The offer must be submitted no later than 7 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
