The seized object is sold by the enforcement officer via the online service www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 25 November 2025 to 16 December 2025 at 11:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12 December 2025 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the offer's maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12 December 2025 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself when submitting the bid.
