The Enforcement Agency is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a candidate buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The offer must be submitted no later than 11 December 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency's Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) or by e‑mail to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Object's terms of sale

The object will be sold in an online auction with incremental bids on www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 18 December 2025 at 10:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted purchase offer has been made.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a candidate buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. This must be agreed separately with the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 11 December 2025 at 12:00 at the address below. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
