Bids are for the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority. The sales prospectus contains information on obligations and rights that transfer to the buyer and on any loan shares, unpaid company charges or other claims that the buyer will be liable for or must pay to obtain possession of the flat.

 

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
