The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction organised on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 20/11/2025 and 18/12/2025. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18/12/2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

Written offers must be submitted no later than 16/12/2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid and provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, complying as applicable with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
