The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 18 November 2025 – 14 December 2025. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and will be subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
