The property is seized and will be sold by private sale by the enforcement officer in accordance with the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 76, and following the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority once an offer is accepted.
