The apartment for sale is C110 (share numbers 8961–9172) in the housing company Asunto Oy Oulun Lohitorni, completed in 2022. The address is Koskitie 43 C 110, 90500 Oulu. The apartment will be vacated by the current tenant by 15 December 2025. The seller has paid the December and January charges. A new property manager’s certificate has been updated (the earlier one was from summer 2025), showing the loan share has decreased from €223,299.54 to €217,992.71.

During our ownership we have already reduced the construction and plot loans by about €20,000, taking the December charge into account. Such a value apartment is not sold this cheaply anywhere in Finland.
