The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement authority on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 13 November 2025 to 4 December 2025 at 13:00 or until three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period. If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered no later than 2 December 2025 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 2 December 2025 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to submit the bid.
