The lot will be sold by competitive bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an online auction held from 17 November 2025 – 11 December 2025. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increase mechanism. A written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as offers in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid was accepted and provide detailed instructions on how to pay the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If no such information is given, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is under enforcement and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
