The building has just left production — brand new and unused. Note: a Narvi stove and a Jeremiaksen chimney kit will be fitted before delivery. (Alternatively, a Harvia Pro 20 water-tank stove can be installed on request.)

Kotix Oy is a full-service Finnish cottage and sauna supplier; we can provide foundations, dismantling of an old cottage and design of a new one. We tailor each building to your needs; all cottages are also available with log frames. We DELIVER the finished building to your plot and lift it into place with a crane truck so you can enjoy the new cottage’s soft steam and atmosphere the same day.

The building is versatile and practical thanks to a separate lounge, sauna and terrace. The lounge easily fits a sofa bed, dining table and a small kitchen, etc., and can be fitted with an atmospheric stove for an additional €2,500. The terrace is suitable for cooling off after the sauna or for barbecuing.

You can also use the lounge as guest accommodation or a home office!

Dimensions approximately 2.74 m x 10.0 m; it can be transported whole on a crane truck to your plot or yard. (Ask us for a low-cost quote for foundations and transport.)
