The building has just left production, brand new and unused. NOTE: Narvi stove and Jeremias chimney kit will be installed before delivery.

Kotix Oy is a full-service Finnish cottage and sauna supplier; we can provide foundations, old-cottage demolition and new cottage design if needed.

We tailor each building to your needs; all cottages are also available with log frames. We DELIVER a genuinely finished building to the plot and lift it into place with a crane truck so you can enjoy the soft steam and atmosphere of your new cottage the same day.

The building is versatile and practical thanks to the separate living room, sauna and terrace. The living room easily fits, for example, a sofa bed, dining set and small kitchenette, or other fittings to suit your needs. The living room can be fitted with an atmospheric fireplace for an extra €2,500. The terrace is perfect for cooling off after the sauna or for barbecuing.

You can also use the living room as guest accommodation or a home office!

The building measures approximately 2.74 m x 10.0 m and can be transported intact on a crane truck to your plot or garden. (Ask us for a quote for foundations and transport.)
