Motorhome Granduca Mizar 140, 1998, 302,000 km, registered for 6 / drivable with a category B licence, Janakkala

Although it is no longer young and has covered a fair few kilometres, this is still in remarkably sound condition. The interior in particular has remained very tidy. The vehicle is registered for six people and has sleeping berths for five. Above the cab is an alcove bed for two, the face-to-face dinette converts into a bed for two, and one more person can sleep on the lengthwise side sofa. Something to keep you busy on dark autumn evenings, or it can serve as a car just as it is.

• Gas appliances have passed pressure testing

• Refrigerator starts on gas and electricity

• Hob works on gas

• Fresh-water system works

• Drives reasonably well

• Good Firestone summer tyres (6 mm), DOT 5021

Noted defects:

• Grey-water tank valve leaks

• Flap missing from the toilet cassette

• Cracks in the plastic rear bumper

• Cracks along the roof edge on the right-hand side of the alcove

• Service history is rather incomplete ... latest service information is from June 2018 and timing-belt information from 2016.

• MOT advisories: rear fog light not working / dipped-beam height adjustment device not working

• As a nearly 30-year-old vehicle with over 300,000 km, it has age- and use-related patina, wear and defects
