Additional information

VAT 25.5% included. Only 226,000 km driven and extensively serviced at considerable cost. Just painted. C licence. Serviced at a franchised dealership every 10,000 km, with a complete service history! Watch the YouTube video! Similar finished vehicles have been listed for six-figure sums!

Vehicle-designed tube-blast air-source heat pump (over €10,000), with two large inverters.

Electrical systems and some of the plumbing are ready. The kitchen and partition walls are still needed. Water-circulating underfloor heating and radiators. It also has a cassette toilet, if you do not want to install a new one.

A very easy project to complete. New tyres. Not currently roadworthy-certified; the seats were meant to be fitted first so the conversion inspection could be carried out at the same time. I can have it inspected beforehand. It should pass with ease. Decals designed. Step-free access (ramp), making it easy to bring in even a motorbike. This should provide worry-free use for a long time, and you get to decide the interior yourself!

Enquiries: 040 522 1222. Send a message if I do not answer.
