The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 4 November 2026 to 18 November 2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 18 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland reserves the right, where necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Immediately after acceptance of the bid, and on the same day, the highest bidder must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s client funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after the bid has been accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service, for which the bid is submitted.

The property has been distrained and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

The item may be collected after the purchase price has been paid. Collection must be agreed separately with Senior Enforcement Inspector Henna Lehtinen.
