Up for auction: a tough workhorse, a forester’s dream, a reindeer tamer: Toyota Hilux 2.5 D-4D with the laziest 75 kW engine, but an even tougher agricultural-grade diesel. Even Top Gear couldn’t kill one of these. Exceptionally, this vehicle has both air conditioning and an engine block heater + maintenance charger, so you’ll stay warm in winter and won’t sweat in summer.

Technology:
- Technically, this is as reliable as a train toilet. It seems to work. However, bear in mind that it has certainly been driven, so repairs are bound to arise at some point.
- 2.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine. Timing belt replaced in 2023! Air-conditioning compressor also replaced! Regularly serviced; everything is shown in the pictures. Good engine sound, starts well, pulls strongly. Does not appear to smoke.
- Five-speed manual gearbox. The gearbox and clutch work well. No complaints. Four-wheel drive works, as does the low-range gearbox.
- Chassis is OK. No issues noted. Pleasant to drive. There is rust, which is standard on these vehicles.

Service and history:
Imported from Sweden, no accident history!
With the previous owner for approximately 5 years and 170,000 km! Services and oil changes have been carried out nicely; everything is shown in the pictures!

The vehicle comes with 2 sets of tyres in acceptable condition, with rims, as shown in the pictures!

Equipment includes:

  • Engine block heater
    - Maintenance charger
    - Tow bar
    - Additional high-beam lights at the front
    - Roof lights
    - Roof rack
    - Bull bar
    - Heated seats
    - Radio
A power heater is fitted, but its operation has not been tested.

  • (Note! We have not checked that all equipment works)

Welcome to view the vehicle at Saka in Jyväskylä before the auction ends:)
