No faults were detected during the normal functional test carried out when preparing this listing, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:

The seller does not promise that the device is technically as new or entirely free from latent faults. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects if a later-appearing fault existed at the time of delivery or the product lasts substantially less time than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a possible fault appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and allow the seller to inspect the device before opening, repairing or modifying it.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical device unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer must inspect the condition of the device, power cable, plug, power supply and other electrical components. A device that appears damaged or incomplete must not be used before proper inspection or repair.

The sale includes only the products and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the photographs as belonging to the item. Other property, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background are not included unless specifically mentioned.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. A more precise collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. Buyers are asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. We dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible defect and providing the statutory remedy.

A warranty is provided only if expressly stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects owed to consumers.

Business buyers do not have a right of withdrawal for distance sales under the Consumer Protection Act. Sales between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
