An independent Aviloo Flash battery test was carried out on the car (23 October 2026). According to the test, the battery’s basic condition (BMS SoH) is good for the car’s age and mileage, at 84%. The battery test is attached to the listing.

The test reported the cell-voltage variation typical of the Q7 e-tron model (maximum difference 200 mV), which is why Aviloo flags an imbalance in the system. This is a known phenomenon in these hybrids, where the car’s own BMS controller does not keep the cells balanced over time.

The matter has been assessed with Kokkolan Autohuolto, a specialist in hybrid batteries:

• The battery cells are not damaged, but require manual balancing. The car is fully functional and roadworthy, and can also be driven normally on electric power.

• The specialist workshop has provided a cost estimate for the work: €2,600 (including VAT). The cells would be discharged and manually brought to an even temperature and voltage. This typically restores the battery pack to normal operation and optimises the electric range.

We do not have the time to take this service process through ourselves, so the car is being sold at auction directly to its next owner – either to be driven as it is or restored to full condition with a little effort and servicing.
