MB Vito Facelift 2010 – Hero of a European road trip looking for a new home!

• This Vito was bought in July 2025 as a moving van for a move to Spain. The trip is now successfully completed and, as the need for a moving van has passed, the vehicle is ready for its next adventures.

• The journey included a few initial hiccups, but that is good news for the next owner! A great deal of money and care has been invested in the vehicle over the past year, so the biggest repairs are certainly behind it. It is now being sold in the condition in which I would have wanted to buy it before setting off.

• Work carried out during the journey (receipts available): in Poland, the mass air flow sensor, radiator, intake manifold, EGR valve and much more were replaced, at a cost of over €4,000. Everything was thoroughly sorted at once – see the photos for details and receipts! The Polish workshop also said that the turbocharger had apparently been replaced at some point.

• In Spain this summer, before returning to Finland, a basic service was carried out: new oil and filter, new battery, front brake pads and discs, and the alternator belt with tensioner.

• Minor cosmetic and technical notes: a metal pipe hidden in roadside vegetation in Italy hit the rear light. This resulted in a repair advisory at the inspection, but the vehicle otherwise passed without remarks (see photos).

• The air conditioning decided to blow only warm air on the return journey, so it needs some investigation.

• There are good auxiliary lights at the front, confirmed to work in Spain, but they need to be reconnected. A reliable vehicle, recently serviced at considerable expense, ready to drive away! Feel free to ask for more information! Inspection passed today, 1 August 2026!

• Removed from traffic use: standard removal on 25 August 2026 – the vehicle will be returned to traffic use once the sale is completed.
