COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. A more precise collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check upon collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will leave us within 1–2 working days of payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported promptly to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is used.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, having repaired or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible defect and providing the remedy required by law.
