COLLECTION:
Weekdays from 09:00–15:00. A more precise collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. Buyers are asked to check during collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will leave us within 1–2 working days of payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the transport company. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a fault that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible fault and providing compensation as required by law.
