It is starting to get urgent to get the heating equipment in order, as the weather cools and the need for heating increases.

Murphy’s law dictates that heating boilers, equipment and such usually break down in the middle of the coldest winter. So be wise and plan ahead! Get your heating systems in order NOW!

The bale boiler offers reliable technology for heating large properties or a small district-heating network. Bales made from many types of raw material can be used as fuel; the essential point is that they are sufficiently loose and dry. If sufficiently loose material is not available, we have several tearing, milling and crushing machines to bring the product into a better form and condition.

The boiler holds two round bales or one large rectangular bale at a time.

The furnace is 2.8 m in diameter and 3 m deep.

It can also burn wood and other surplus material.

Bid here for a bale boiler, already dismantled and including the chimney. For further information, please call us.

Also ask for a transport quotation, and check out our other listings!

Defects and other observations

The boiler's tube pipes need to be replaced, as does the steel, at least in the front sections of the furnace.

It is almost the same job with these used units. The boiler in image 1 was taken from one in our own use and the same work was carried out on it. The cost was approximately €5,000 including labour.
