Reformer Pilates is rapidly growing in popularity, and for good reason. It is one of the most effective yet gentle forms of exercise, suitable for everyone regardless of skill level. The Reformer has a moving platform, versatile adjustments and practically unlimited exercise options. Training strengthens the whole body, improves posture and increases mobility. After exercising, you feel both refreshed and relaxed, as the machine naturally encourages a calm pace and steady breathing.

The OptiGym 450 Reformer is a sturdy model designed for home use and made from durable 1.2 mm thick steel tubing. Its robust construction keeps the machine firmly in place during exercise, just like in a professional studio. The machine can be folded for storage when necessary, but due to its weight and sturdiness, we recommend allocating it a permanent place at home.

It includes 4 springs and 5 resistance bands, making it easy to adjust the resistance according to the exercise and training goal. You can do light, restorative exercises or increase the challenge for strength training. The carriage moves smoothly, ensuring a pleasant workout. The equipment also includes a headrest, shoulder rests, footbar, bar, and durable nylon ropes and rope guides.

Reformer Pilates is particularly effective for strengthening the supporting muscles of the back, core and shoulders, as well as body control, helping to prevent injuries and relieve muscle tension. Improved posture makes movement more natural and relaxed, and training also supports stress management. The machine is widely used in rehabilitation and to support athletic performance. Buying your own Reformer for home saves considerable money and time compared with expensive Reformer classes, and lets you train whenever it suits you best.
