Runs and performs well for its age and has had a lot of work done over these kilometres.

Driven straight from active service and ready for a worksite immediately; it has been a reliable tractor unit even on longer trips.

There is plenty to praise, and the list of shortcomings is shorter, so here it is:

Air conditioning does not work

Exhaust brake does not work

Clutch brake does not hold; adjustment would certainly improve it, but it is not needed if you know how to drive the vehicle

Leaves its mark, i.e. leaks or weeps oil from several places. Not much: inspection once a week and topping up once a month is sufficient, even in heavy use.

The tipping cylinders already weep slightly between the telescopic sections. They have done so for years; whether this is a fault or a feature at this age, topping up the oil once a year is sufficient.

A lamp or marker light may be out.

Otherwise works brilliantly!

Two axles lift pneumatically; the other axles are twin-wheel axles with leaf springs

Everything works, fully operational, and the trailer has good brakes!

It has been actively used by us continuously, although its inspection expired in July 2026.

It was not even taken for inspection, as it would have been banned from driving because one axle's tyres were below the legal tread limit (the tractor unit's old bogie tyres). New ones were due to be fitted for inspection in spring.

So, the entire combination is straight from active use, starts with the key and is immediately ready for a worksite! The trailer should of course be inspected at some point...
