The apartment includes bed linen and towels, fireplace, washing machine and drying cupboard, TV, vacuum cleaner, air-source heat pump and an electric vehicle socket.

Pyhä’s wild yet gentle fell nature is calling. Pyhä-Luosto in autumn is rugged yet beautiful.

Pyhä-Luosto’s majestic fells and deep ravines, surrounded by aapa mires and primeval forests, enchant visitors. Choose an easy trail, spend the whole day outdoors or take a short hike. Numerous rest stops offer opportunities to pause – perhaps a curious and friendly Siberian jay will fly to the lean-to shelter.

First snow usually arrives in Pyhä–Luosto around October–November and covers the fell in a quiet blanket of snow. Days range from bright frosty mornings to deeply atmospheric rainy days and the green reflections of the northern lights, which also shine beautifully on the water. Light pollution is low and the nights are still pleasantly mild, making this an excellent time to see the northern lights. This is when nature becomes peaceful — the trails and national park routes are quiet, and the air feels especially fresh and untouched.

Experience the magic on the tops of the fells and in the shelter of the ravines. Pyhä-Luosto’s ancient forests invite you to explore around the clock.

The whole family can easily admire the fells and ravines from the summit of Kultakero using the scenic lift. At the top, the adventure continues on the Huttu-Ukon art trail, with imaginative sculptures and thrilling swings. The easiest ravine to reach in Pyhä is Aittakuru, nature’s own amphitheatre. At the other end of the Fell Road, in Luosto, you can climb to Ukko-Luosto, made easier by steps built over the exposed rock.

The sugar on a doughnut from the wilderness café crunches between your teeth and gives you energy for the return journey. After enjoying these treats, you can head back to the cabin and go straight to the sauna to warm up after a long day outdoors.

Pyhä has everything the modern holidaymaker needs: restaurants and activities from disc golf to mountain biking, and stand-up paddleboarding to canoeing. As well as other activities, fishing is part of many visitors’ holidays in Lapland, or at least something they want to try. You can learn about fishing independently or with guidance from an activity provider. Fishing equipment is also available for hire if you do not bring your own.

Reindeer and reindeer-farm activities tell a fascinating story of life in the north, past and present. A visit to a reindeer farm is an engaging experience, as every visitor can take part in reindeer rides and activities related to reindeer husbandry.

Pyhä offers a varied selection of restaurants: refined fine-dining experiences with stunning views, hut restaurants in the forest, pizza made with local ingredients, tasty burgers and, of course, traditional Finnish Lapland sautéed reindeer and other regional specialities. Pubs and live music are available for those seeking nightlife.

If you cannot holiday yourself, the week is easy to rent out or transfer to a friend.

Maintenance charge for 2026:

€223.20/year

The charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, firewood, consumables, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance and on-call services, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer receives use of the share from week 45/2026 (Friday 30 October 2026 – Friday 6 November 2026) by paying half of the 2026 charge (€111.60). Alternatively, use in 2026 may remain with the seller, in which case the seller pays the 2026 charge and the buyer is responsible for the charge from 2027 onwards.

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35/week).
