USING THE BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR

It is important not to move before or during the measurement; remain at rest! After inserting two AAA batteries, attach the device to your wrist using the hook-and-loop strap. The monitor should face upwards and be level with your heart. The easiest way to do this is to sit on a chair and rest your arm on a table.

When you are ready, press the “On/Off” button to start the process. The system inflates the cuff automatically and displays your current readings in about half a minute. You will see your blood pressure on the right and your pulse in the bottom left. At the end of the measurement, the cuff deflates automatically.

Designed with portability in mind, the device is ideally sized for both short and long trips. It weighs only 110 grams and its longest side is just over 7 cm long. The device has an LCD display. The included wrist strap is made of durable material and has a hook-and-loop fastening. Its length can be adjusted to fit wrists measuring 13.5–19.5 cm. The device operates using two AAA batteries only.
