The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was prepared may also exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder must familiarise themselves with the product before making an offer. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a possible offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: The sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for collection after this period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent’s and collection costs, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
