• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be made for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, in full with interest.
