Autumn campaign! Workshop/storage container with entrance 245 × 600 cm – no. 3, Parainen

AUTUMN CAMPAIGN – the last containers must go!

The final containers remaining from a container building dismantled in summer 2026 are now for sale. Space is needed in the yard – get a container for your own use or as a renovation project!

The containers formed part of a single building comprising 24 containers. Depending on their condition and the alterations required, possible uses include a site cabin, storage unit or frame for a garden sauna. Two or more containers can also be combined into a larger unit.

For sale: container no. 3 with entrance.

Overall condition is fair. There are some streaks and marks on the rear wall – see photos. The interior surfaces are finished.

One end of the container has an entrance/canopy and the other has a window. The entrance area was part of the shared corridor in the container building, so its open sides should be boarded up if the container is used as a separate building.

A container suitable, for example, as storage or for renovation into a site cabin!

General technical details of the containers:
• Manufacturer: Pro Contain, 2008
• External dimensions approx. 245 × 600 cm
• Interior walls made of chipboard
• Wool insulation in walls and ceiling
• Original floor made of vinyl flooring and chipboard, uninsulated. Container-specific exceptions are stated above.
• Consumer unit installed, connection via a three-phase power socket
• Electric radiator
• Ventilation unit
• Sound-insulated wooden fire doors

The containers are used. Please review the photos and the condition details for each container. Viewings can be arranged by agreement.

COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT

The containers have already been separated, so the buyer only needs to load their own container. A crane lorry can be driven right next to the container. Loading has been completed, for example, with a crane lorry of approximately 20 tonne-metres; the buyer must confirm the suitability of the equipment with the transport company.

The collection point is one ferry crossing away. The ferry runs approximately every 15 minutes and can accommodate heavy equipment.

The buyer arranges and pays for loading and transport. Collection within 14 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed.

OTHER CONTAINERS FROM THE SAME LOCATION

Other containers are also for sale in separate auctions. See our other listings! A buyer of several containers may collect them all at once after the final auction has ended. Each item must be paid for according to its own payment terms.
