Autumn campaign! Site/storage container with entrance 245 × 600 cm – no. 8, Parainen

AUTUMN campaign – the last containers must go!

The final containers remaining from a container building dismantled in summer 2026 are now for sale. Space is needed in the yard – get this container for your own use or as a renovation project!

The containers formed part of a unified building of 24 containers. Depending on their condition and the modifications required, possible uses include a site cabin, storage unit or the frame for a garden sauna. Two or more containers can also be combined to create a larger unit.

For sale: container no. 8 with entrance area.

The container is in fairly good condition. No major damage has been observed, only wear from normal use. The interior surfaces are ready.

One end of the container has an entrance area/canopy and the other has a window. The entrance area was part of the container building's shared corridor, so its open sides should be panelled closed if the container is used as a standalone building.

A suitable basis for a site cabin, storage unit or your own building project!

General technical details of the containers:
• Manufacturer: Pro Contain, 2008
• External dimensions approx. 245 × 600 cm
• Interior walls made of chipboard
• Mineral wool insulation in the walls and ceiling
• Original floor of vinyl flooring and chipboard, uninsulated. Container-specific exceptions are stated above.
• Electrical distribution board installed, connection via a high-current plug
• Electric radiator
• Ventilation unit
• Sound-insulated wooden fire doors

The containers are used. Please study the photos and the container-specific condition information. Viewings can be arranged by agreement.

COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT

The containers have already been detached from one another, so the buyer only needs to load their own container. A crane lorry can drive right next to the container. Lifting the containers has, for example, been possible with a crane lorry of approximately 20 tonne-metres; the buyer must confirm the equipment's suitability with the transport company.

The collection point is located after one ferry crossing. The ferry runs approximately every 15 minutes and can accommodate heavy equipment.

The buyer arranges and pays for lifting and transport. Collection within 14 days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.

OTHER CONTAINERS FROM THE SAME LOCATION

Other containers are also for sale in separate auctions. See our other listings! A buyer purchasing several containers may collect them all at once after the final auction has ended. Each lot must be paid for according to its own payment terms.
