The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The National Enforcement Authority Finland will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the listing number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 12:00 on 11 November 2026 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The customer service of the Lahti office is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 12:00 in the government office building’s joint service facilities.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the bidding period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
