Inspection of the property

The buyer is responsible for registering the ownership and paying the processing fee. Responsibility for the maintenance charge will transfer to the buyer from 1 November 2026.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.


Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale is not concluded for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed fixed compensation.
