A roadworthy, inspected, economical and spacious Passat for its next owner! Quite rugged-looking from the outside in places, but it has not bothered me during my commute.
Inspection valid until 04/2027, and the last basic service was carried out in 02/2026 at 419,000 km. The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 386,000 km. The rear brake discs and pads were replaced in spring, and one electric handbrake caliper was also renewed.
Pictures of the service book and the service receipts I have paid for are included.
2 sets of tyres, both friction tyres. The tyres currently fitted are in poorer condition, with the front ones almost slick. A better-condition set of friction tyres on alloy wheels is included for winter; they still have plenty of tread.
DEFA engine heater and interior socket
See the defects and other observations regarding faults. No fault prevents driving, and the car was driven until 30 September for a 100 km daily commute. It has now been left standing in the yard after the purchase of a new car.
Imported used from: Germany
First registration date in Finland: 14 January 2011

The left drive shaft is making a noise.
The engine warning light comes on intermittently. Fault codes have been photographed, but this does not affect driving.
The electric handbrake does not always work and displays a warning light. For this reason, I have not used the handbrake, to prevent it becoming stuck if the fault occurs while it is engaged.
The dual-mass flywheel rattles, especially when the engine is cold.
