New front tyres were fitted and the front loader was bushed and re-pinned around two hundred hours ago. The previous owner had the common weak points of the 30 Series extensively rebuilt at considerable expense: turbo, injectors, fuel lines, etc.

If a deal is agreed, the front loader's quick-attach plates and hydraulic lock will be removed and replaced with a mechanical bucket lock.

Defects and other observations

The vibration damper between the engine and gearbox is nearing the end of its service life. It drives, but whines under heavy load (confirmed by a service technician). The PTO gives an error from the mudguard switch and does not always start turning. It sometimes starts when the mudguard switch is tapped. This may be normal wear for an old machine.
