Enforcement-sold flat, 3 rooms + kitchen, 76.5 m², in Humppila, for sale from 12 October to 4 November 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
Further details are in the attached sales prospectus.
Enquiries: Senior Enforcement Inspector Markku Piikkilä, tel. 029 56 59819
The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 4 November 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not liable for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s personal and contact details, maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. Submission of a written bid must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance, and the bid must reach the Hämeenlinna office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland by 3 November 2026 at 12:00. Bids sent by post must be addressed as follows: National Enforcement Authority Finland, Hämeenlinna office, Arvi Kariston katu 5, 13100 Hämeenlinna, or sent by email to hameenlinna.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made at the auction. A bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn. See the general auction terms regarding the binding nature of bids and the buyer’s liability for compensation. The enforcement authority is not liable for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system.
The person who made the highest bid must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.
If the highest bid is accepted, up to four weeks may be granted, if necessary, to pay the balance of the purchase price. If the payment period is not used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid. If the payment period is used, annual interest must be paid on the entire purchase price under section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the whole payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. Under section 12 of the Interest Act, this reference rate, determined half-yearly, is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made by the prescribed deadline, default interest under section 4(1) of the Interest Act will thereafter be charged. The default interest rate is currently 9.50%. The interest rate may change half-yearly and on the interest rate revision date.
The National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.
Other information:
The property has been distrained and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a free official sale (Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code), i.e. an online auction, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms of sale stated in the sales prospectus.
