Tested and working.

The central vacuum system has been developed to speed up and improve dust control at new-build and renovation sites. The unit consists of a powerful motor, a filter unit and an optimally sized pre-separator.

• Wood and plastics industry: Continuous removal of large quantities of materials, such as sawdust, fine wood dust or plastic granules, from machine tools and work areas.

• Metal industry and foundries: Efficient vacuuming of metal dust, sandblasting sand and slag from floors and structures.

• Deep cleaning in the process industry: For example, periodic maintenance and deep cleaning of grain silos, power plants, cement factories and other production lines where large quantities of fine material have accumulated.

Motor unit

- The motor unit contains the suction motor and control cabinet. The unit is powered by very high-quality Ventur suction motors, 11 kW.

Filter unit.

- The filter unit contains 7 bag filters and 3 HEPA filters (H13). Emptying is carried out into a Longopack® plastic sleeve. Mechanical and automatic filter cleaning.

- When the suction unit is running, material collects in the tank, where the main filters separate coarse and fine dust. Fine dust (approx. 2%) continues to the HEPA filter, which filters out all hazardous dust. When the suction unit is switched off, the dust collected in the tank falls into the plastic sleeve.

- The automatic shaker starts when vacuuming is stopped.

Pre-separator
- The pre-separator cyclone is precisely sized for this system. Its separation rate is over 95%. Emptying is carried out into a Longopack® plastic sleeve.

- The extracted dirt collects in the cyclone, from where only a fraction continues to the filter unit. This considerably saves the filters and extends continuous operating time.

- When the suction unit is switched off, the loss of vacuum opens the bottom hatch and the dirt falls into the plastic sleeve.
