Talbot Solara 1.3 GL 1982 – MUSEUM VEHICLE – SAAB-VALMET UUSIKAUPUNKI

A fine and exceptionally original Talbot Solara GL from 1982.

This Solara was manufactured in Finland at Oy Saab-Valmet’s factory in Uusikaupunki. The car was approved as a museum vehicle in 2016 and comes with SAHK museum vehicle certificate no. 27332.

According to the museum vehicle certificate, the car was originally delivered through Lapin Auto Oy to Toivo Suorsa of Rovaniemi.

In 2016, the car passed from Janne Liespa in Nuppulinna to its current owner. During the museum vehicle inspection, the car was found to have remained almost entirely original.

Registration number LEV-177.

The odometer reading was 115,749 km at the museum vehicle inspection in 2016. It now shows approximately 116,800 km, meaning the car has been driven only about 1,000 km since being approved as a museum vehicle.

The car has not been modified or modernised, but has been beautifully preserved in its original form.

Included are original Talbot materials, the 1982 Talbot 1510 & Solara owner’s manual and other material relating to the car’s history.
