Seized leasehold with buildings, Lieksa, Lieksa

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 6 October 2026 to 27 October 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 27 October 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder's contact details, maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 26 October 2026 at 12:00 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6 B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.
