Jokijärvi mechanical felling wedge

Safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget felling levers, old-fashioned felling wedges, ratchet winches and lucky breaks. The Jokijärvi felling wedge can be used in several ways: with a battery-powered impact wrench, ratchet wrench or powerful cordless drill. Easy to carry.

The device is simple to operate: Once the desired felling direction has been selected and the required felling notch made in the tree, the wedge is inserted into the saw cut and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod driven by the cordless drill pushes the wedge, which moves between stainless-steel slats, forwards. This opens the saw cut and makes the tree fall in the desired direction.

The mechanical felling directioner provides the force needed to fell trees easily and precisely in the desired direction, without straining the forestry worker. The safety distance must be twice the height of the tree being felled. One 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
