Jokijärvi mechanical felling wedge

Safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget felling levers, old-fashioned felling wedges, ratchet straps and lucky breaks. Jokijärvi’s felling wedge can be used in several ways, with a cordless impact wrench, ratchet wrench or powerful cordless drill. Easy to carry.

The device is simple to operate: Once the desired felling direction has been chosen and the required felling notch made in the tree, the wedge is inserted into the saw cut and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod driven by the cordless tool pushes the wedge moving between the stainless-steel slats forwards, opening the saw cut and causing the tree to fall in the desired direction.

The mechanical felling directioner provides the force needed to fell trees exactly in the desired direction, easily and without straining the tree feller. The safety distance must be twice the height of the tree being felled. One 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
