The bankruptcy estate is selling:

1 Technogym Vario Excite 500 Sp cross trainer

The device display works completely normally, although the view in the photograph taken of the display is not normal (this is due to incompatibility between the phone camera and treadmill display technologies).

The bankruptcy estate has received the following information about the item:

• operated normally until the bankruptcy proceedings began

• all Semjen Oy equipment was inspected and serviced in summer 2026

The item must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance; the receipt must be presented when collecting the item.

The item must be collected on 16 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30 or on 19 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30. COLLECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ANY OTHER TIME.

A van (max. height 285 cm and gross weight 4 tonnes) with a trailer can be driven to the doors. It is recommended to approach the item via Klemeläntie. Turn from Klemeläntie up the hill shown in the last photograph and drive straight; after the underpass, the entrance doors are directly ahead. If arriving by lorry, it must be left approximately 150–200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used to travel between the doors and the lorry. Moving with standard pallet trucks is difficult because the route has gentle slopes.

There are no stairs to negotiate at the location. Inside the gym, items can be moved with pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the item on site; the bankruptcy estate cannot provide assistance!
