The bankruptcy estate is selling:

1 TechnoGym exercise bike New Bike Excite 500 Sp

The display works completely normally, although the image taken of it does not show a normal view (this is caused by compatibility issues between the phone camera and the treadmill display technologies).

The bankruptcy estate has received the following information about the item:

• operated normally until the bankruptcy commenced

• all Semjen Oy equipment was inspected and serviced in summer 2026

The item must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance; the receipt must be presented when collecting the item.

The item must be collected on 16 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30 or on 19 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30. COLLECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ANY OTHER TIME.

A van (max. height 285 cm and gross weight 4 tonnes) with a trailer can reach the doors. The recommended route is via Klemeläntie. From Klemeläntie, turn uphill at the point shown in the last image and drive straight; after the underpass, the entrance doors will be ahead. If arriving by lorry, it must be left approximately 150–200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used to travel between the doors and the lorry. Moving with standard pallet trucks is difficult because the route has gentle inclines.

There are no stairs at the location. Inside the gym, items can be moved using pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the item on site; the bankruptcy estate will not provide assistance!
