The bankruptcy estate sells:

The lot must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance; the receipt must be presented when collecting the lot.

The lot must be collected on 16 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30 or on 19 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30. COLLECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ANY OTHER TIME.

A van (max. height 285 cm and gross weight 4 tonnes) with a trailer can access the doors. It is recommended to approach the site via Klemeläntie. From Klemeläntie, turn uphill at the last image and drive straight; after the underpass, the entrance doors are directly ahead. If arriving by lorry, it must be left approximately 150–200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used to travel between the doors and the lorry. Moving with standard pallet trucks is difficult because the route has gentle slopes.

There are no stairs to navigate at the site. Inside the gym, the goods can be moved with pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the lot on site; the bankruptcy estate cannot provide assistance!
