The lot must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance; the receipt must be presented when collecting the lot.

The lot must be collected on 16 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30 or on 19 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30. COLLECTION OF THE LOT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ANY OTHER TIME.

A van (maximum height 285 cm and gross weight 4 tonnes) + trailer can be driven to the doors. It is advisable to approach the site via Klemeläntie. From Klemeläntie, turn uphill at the point shown in the last image and drive straight; after the underpass, the entrance doors are directly ahead. If arriving by lorry, it must be left approximately 150–200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used to travel between the doors and the lorry. Moving with standard pallet trucks is difficult because the route has gentle slopes.

There are no stairs to negotiate at the site. Inside the gym, the items can be moved with pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the lot on site; the bankruptcy estate cannot provide assistance!

After acceptance of the bid, the buyer will receive the payment and collection details by email (the Huutokaupat.com email, in the “Instructions for collector” field).
