Order for the whole family or your party crowd

The Cube Step In Hot Tub, or simply Cube among friends, is American-sized. Two metres by two metres means four square metres of swimming or relaxation space. Small children can even swim in this tub! Adults should put on swimming goggles, as there is room to splash, play and bathe! Once the children have been sent off to bed, the Cube can fit the dads and mums from the whole neighbourhood and even a granny, as this hot tub holds up to 12 people without any world-record attempts. Naturally, you can also treat yourself to a Cube as a solo hot tub, where even the longest bather can float without fear of hitting their feet or head on the edge. You can dive in something other than the foetal position. The Cube is also a guaranteed hit at house parties, lifting the atmosphere sky-high, because the Cube has no roof: from the tub you can admire every season without limits.

With Hyvän Kaupan Paikka hot tubs, summer is always hot and beautiful. In autumn, you can admire the surrounding autumn colours from the warm water. In winter, you can defy biting frosts by putting on just a woolly hat and slipping into a soothingly hot bath. In spring, the hot tub promises the coming summer, as if you were getting an early start.

More bathing space without significantly greater water consumption

The Cube holds over 2,200 litres of water when filled to the brim. This is of course somewhat unnecessary, as when eight or twelve bathers jump into the pleasantly warm water, a huge amount spills over the edge. We recommend a fill level of about 1,800 litres, only a couple of hundred litres more than in a standard-sized hot tub. Although Finland is the land of a thousand lakes and water is plentiful, there is no need to turn the Cube into a one-off backyard geyser. It is easy to learn to assess the right amount of water for the number of people.

The Step In step has many uses

You might not think one plastic step could do much, but it does. We designed the Step In step to make entering the tub easier and to fit the Cube perfectly. Naturally, the step also makes it easier to get out, but it works as a seat for a small child who would otherwise disappear beneath the water. In use, we have also found that the step makes an excellent armrest, turning the Cube into a convenient water armchair. The Step In solution makes the Cube a hot tub for all ages and makes bathing easier for people with reduced mobility. Thanks to the Cube’s Step In step, tired limbs are easier to lower into soothingly warm water.

The Cube’s design pays special attention to the corners. Sitting in the corner is not stiff or cramped against the walls; the backrests positioned in the corners make them the most desirable seats in the tub.

A wealth of choices

In Hyvän Kaupan Paikka’s usual style, the customer is always right, so we want to offer different options for the Cube’s interior. You can choose the plastic tub colour yourself from five options and consider the placement of the Step In step in relation to the stove. And that is not all. You can also choose the external cladding material from three options and select the cover colour between black and grey. The tub colour range takes its inspiration from nature, including sea blue and lichen grey. All shades are compatible and work beautifully together.

Gentle heat, efficiently delivered

Our efficient marine-aluminium Arctic stove heats the water to bathing temperature in a couple of hours. With 35 kW of power, the stove’s marine aluminium is durable and conducts heat well. The stove has an attractive glass door, so the wood-fired tub creates a beautiful glow around it and you do not need to open the door to check the fire.

The marine-aluminium stoves included in Hyvän Kaupan Paikka hot-tub packages are made in Finland. The powerful stove is not afraid even of seawater, as it works with both fresh and salt water. Carefully considered material details make this a red-hot top product. The stove package includes 2 m of chimney pipe and a rain cap; if you want extra pipe, a chimney guard or a spark arrestor, see the accessories list.

Remember that chlorine is not recommended with marine aluminium, as it begins to oxidise it. We recommend changing the water often enough and using active-oxygen tablets (see the accessories list). Active oxygen oxidises the water over about 24 hours, after which it can also be used for watering, as it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children. Water without oxygen easily develops a slimy surface on the tub edges, but active oxygen prevents this process.

Turbocharged super-stove!

The Cube can be supplied with a super-extra-crazy 50 kW stove, which gets your hot tub ready for bathing in almost a single heating. With this turbocharged stove, a cubic metre of water heats up in as little as an hour in winter and naturally much faster in summer. The three-pipe system boosts water circulation between the stove and tub. With this stove, even hot-tub drinks will not have time to cool sufficiently quickly, but you are unlikely to hear complaints about the tub heating up fast.

Carefree plastic tub

Unique in design and focused on seating comfort, the Cube tub is made from rotationally moulded Jaxal polyethylene. This plastic has a memory and wants to retain the shape into which it was moulded. Easy-care and worry-free, the plastic tub stands the test of time, which is why we can confidently offer a ten-year warranty.

As the plastic tub has no moulded seams, dirt cannot collect in particular places. However, remember to keep the tub surfaces clean when changing the water. This is easy with ordinary detergents. The most meticulous users can occasionally clean the tub more thoroughly, in other words disinfect it, but remember to ensure wastewater is handled correctly.

Wood on the outside, insulation underneath – all Finnish quality

Made to order at Hyvän Kaupan Paikka’s factory in Oulu, your Cube receives its finishing touch with beautiful wood. The Lunawood deeply heat-treated timber used for the external cladding improves with age. If you wish, you can apply wood preservative, wood oil or even paint, but untreated wood will develop a dignified grey patina over the years. Beneath the wooden shell lies the Cube’s warm heart: the tub is insulated with Thermomuovi on the sides. Under the tub is a carefully made EPS insulation layer of over 40 cm, keeping your backside warm even during the harshest frost winters. The Cube is automatically a so-called winter model, but there are no fines for using the tub in summer. At most, you get a relaxed feeling and a more luxurious everyday life.

Finnish quality craftsmanship

You can relax in the hot tub with complete peace of mind, as the Cube is a Key Flag product representing Finnish craftsmanship while supporting domestic employment.

Now the only question is whether you want more luxury in your life. It is available by the cubic metre. Get the Cube Step In Hot Tub and the veil of everyday grey is pulled away from your eyes during every bathing moment. Add more enjoyment to life with Hyvän Kaupan Paikka hot tubs!
