Enforcement-sold commercial property, 600 m², in the centre of Pieksämäki, Pieksämäki

The property will be sold by way of bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 23.9.2026-14.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 14.10.2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If the bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the www.huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be submitted by email no later than 13.10.2026 at 12:00 to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or to the Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli.

The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number in the online auction service to which the offer is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered in the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. As a general rule, the buyer and new owner of the property will be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must प्रस्तुत a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal regarding the sale and any act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
